Skolnick Photo Frames, Inc. has had Artisan [Frame Plus] operating since December 1, 1999. We have been extremely satisfied with the product and especially the support we received.

I had been searching for a software package that would do framing calculations and accounting and that could handle our wholesale/retail operation. Every framing package that I tried was deficient in one or more areas. I had given up hope of ever finding a product that would really work for us. I began searching for an accounting package that would be, at least, acceptable. Even this was difficult. I checked out over 75 software packages. The only ones that would work were extremely expensive.

I had just about given up when I discovered Artisan. It was very close to what I wanted, and furthermore, since it was still being refined, they were willing to add some features that I thought would be helpful. This alone was enough to sell me on the software, but there was one more item that put it over the top. They were willing to transfer the data from my ancient computer. When I heard the price, I almost hesitated, because I couldn't believe how much I was getting for such a small price.

But, as I am sure you will agree, the product is only part of what's important in a software package. The support is another big part. All the folks at CerTek Software Designs have been amazing. Most of the problems we had were caused by the way our old data transferred, but they were always there to help. The software has never crashed, and I have never lost a piece of data that I have entered. (I can't say as much for Microsoft.)

I do not hesitate recommending Artisan POS Software. It is a great product with great support backup.
