I've owned a craft gallery for 24 years and it wasn't until July 2002 that I finally made the 'big switch' to a computerized cash register system. I only wish I had done it years earlier....but only with CerTek.

Since their [Artisan POS Plus] program is directed towards art/craft retailers [among others], they know our 'language', our needs and our demands and they are fully prepared to deal with this type of retail business.

Throughout our set-up time, they were always at the other end of the telephone to walk us through any problems or to explain to us what we needed to know and they didn't even make us feel like our questions were dumb!!! Even now, 9 months later, we still need to reference them for information and it's great having them there to help.

I would not even consider another source for a computerized register. I recommended them to a friend opening a gallery in California and she has been very happy with CerTek also. They're a fine and smart group of people and I highly recommend both them and their product to you.
