Certek Software is the most helpful and reliable POS company I have ever dealt with in my entire retail career! We used several other computer based POS systems before making the switch to Artisan, but always found that there was something missing.

When we first implemented Artisan POS, we had just two retail locations with an inventory of literally thousands of SKU's from hundreds of different vendors. We needed a major solution... Now with 4 locations in 4 different cities, we rely on Artisan POS to keep our retail stores operational and our inventory and accounting numbers current and up to date. Certek helped to set up our very own company network to give us the information we needed to run a major scrapbooking operation smoothly.

Each night the software at each location reports to our head office giving us each stores data and sending out any new updates necessary for the following day. This meant that we were able to control our inventory on a number of different levels.

The ability to monitor sales, and adjust back-end programming meant we were always on top of things when it came to re-ordering, discounting and any other necessary adjustment we needed to make on the fly.
